Twice in the still-dark pre-dawn hours I was abruptly forced awake by supernatural forces; woken by angels. It is odd how I was awoke: the first time, my name was called, very distinctly, by a male voice, and I went out into the hallway, no one was there, no one called. I went back to sleep, and there were two sharp raps as if with metal knuckles coming from outside the bedroom window to my right, facing west – no one there. Deep rolls of thunder and ominous, horizon-to-horizon clouds. Biblical proportion plasma arc thunderstorm developing here. Turning cell on. This could be a big one – and I was told to wake up.

Almost no bird sounds, save for a hawk keening after the second call. Muffled atmosphere, and it is for certain the chemtrail stratospheric aerosols sprayed are laden with FunVax and self-assembling nanobots and Morgellons fibers. The pressure from the 5G and satellites is indescribable.

This is when you want to fast. Food is for the body, and fasting is for the soul.
Today is a day to fast, pray and talk to God, to be diligent in your work, and to listen with obedience, not fear or a need to control. If you have a preparations for surviving an EMPCOE, that is good. If not, do that now, to the best of your ability, with at least three days of water, food and basic necessities.

Our individual tasks are to remain strong in faith, not fear. Continue with whatever creative tasks or work you have before you: DO YOUR BEST. Heart intention and resisting succumbing to sin moment-by-moment and day-by-day is what makes our extradimensional Light garments. I am continuing the book and health coaching others to detox of all that will hinder our translation when that Singularity pulse comes. They are using the 5G and HAARP more than ever, with their understanding of how the soul leaves the body, from their Gateway Consciousness research. You must push past the brainfog they are affecting us all neurally with. Just keep BEING AND DOING.

And if they try to force you to get the mRNA transhuman 666 mark of the beast “Covid Shot” – REFUSE.

Ridiculed by family and friends lifelong for being a "conspiracy theorist", survivalist and prepper, the author was born to ancestry steeped on each side in Freemasonry (Masonic Order Scottish Rite, Eastern Star, Job's Daughters), the Oddfellows and the Elks, John Birch and other secret societies, while being German, Celtic Irish / Welsh and Cherokee in both direct parental lineages. Those who are awake know the significance of this. Her maternal grandmother and great uncles (who refused to go past the 32nd Degree) exemplified and shaped the author's knowledge of and dedication to the ONE TRUE, LIVING GOD. Her early childhood and youth were shaped by devout Lutheranism, scouting, serving as Chaplain in Job's Daughters, and almost becoming Amish! After reading 1984 in 1974, she stopped watching television at age 14, and at 17, in twelfth grade, refused multiple recruitment attempts by the CIA. By age 25, she was an antique dealer who helped coin the term kitsch, and an accomplished, self-sufficient non-GMO organic gardener and master food preserver, with two young children, a degree in Chemistry, and a scholarship to Johns Hopkins Medical School. The tragic death of her closest brother derailed her medical studies, and having become a divorced single parent by age 27 with no child support, instead pursued advanced degrees in fine arts and hospice nursing. However, monetary reward was not to come. As years went by, a pattern of MK Ultra interference emerged, interrupting completion of her goals. The strong educational background in math, sciences and computers, fine arts, literature and history imbued her ability to decipher the intentionally confusing reality of the toxic world we live in. Previous employers include NASA Goddard, the Discovery Channel and Aerotek. As the "truther movement" gained momentum world-over, the undeniably visible dangers of GMOs, chemtrails, and the surveillance state grew evident. Interviewed on NPR's National Public Radio in 2012 as a pioneer GMO-free food producer, her life took another fateful turn three years later, after her primary care physician refused to diagnose and treat her for Lyme Disease, she realized she had developed what is commonly called Morgellons, and immediately discovered that the systemic coverup and refusal to diagnose or treat meant she had to heal herself. Drawing on every aspect of her lifetime of experience and learning enabled her to not only recover, but to achieve a greater health - in middle age - than is believed possible. In the process of detoxification and physical regeneration - especially the pineal gland - she found a working diet almost anyone can follow that raises frequency and sovereign intention, readying the mind, body and spirit for humanity's greatest challenge: Ascension to return to God or eternal soul death, depending on one's choices made in this life.
