It is wonderful to have the opportunity to address your questions again here, thank you! This post is my second reply to the reader’s second email with questions/concerns/more info. Here is the exchange shared here, and reading it will maintain context.
The gas/bloating, and excess uric acid, deceased endocrine system health – all due to toxic overload from parasites, mold, yeast, heavy metals, and environmental pollutants/contaminants. You must count yourself very fortunate that you have not “had the flu” the last few winters! The flu [sic] they invented, and the chemtrail flu, too… 113F is hot! It was close to 110F here the last few summers. We can only expect the weather to be more and more extreme as the Destoyer comes closer and closer. I imagine you probably do wear light-colored clothing and headwear to keep the rays off. I do, and look like someone in the Sahara – a female Crocodile Dundee in second-hand linen clothes! I even made opaque white cotton headscarves which cover my brainstem. We must all shield against the UVC rays. The media NEVER talks about this, and it is 100% related to the local sun losing Helium as it performs the CMEs (coronal mass ejections/emissions). Once I make some money from this venture, I plan on making shielded garments on a custom consignment basis. I wonder, do you notice that sleep may be more troubled since chronological time is seeming dilated (longer)? It seems to me to be thus.
Finding what works for you within the parameters of your lifestyle and domestic partnership are something only you can weigh and balance. At least you have many choices!
I understand that your diet is balanced re: ‘hot’ (tamsic) foods, and respect that. That is one avenue I have not taken. I see great benefit in onions and garlic, and they are alkaline, and parasites hate them. See my post on Honey and Garlic Dewormer!
I think you eat too much wheat. It is such a staple for almost everyone! I just resumed eating VERY small amounts since giving wheat up over the last two years. I may be ingesting one cup (8 dry ounces) ~monthly ~of the purest whole wheat flour I can find now – at most, having reached a point of health balance where it is tolerable, as I began making alternative grain bread. One serving daily (a small roll or two slices) is the most I am having. I’ll drop back if I see it become a problem. But I can only do this because my system is so free of parasites now. I have been deworming and detoxing since December 2015 for Lyme/Morgellons, and actually for suspected general parasites I used celery seed and psyllium from June 2013 into 2015. (I presented with Lyme/Morgellons after massive deer tick attachments in May 2015, which the primary care practice I was a patient of in VA refused to diagnose and treat, causing a richochet of subsequent medical refusals (in VA, MD and PA), and they are all in league with each other in this cabal depopulation agenda masquerading as a ‘health system’.
Avoid all foods made in a factory, and packaged. Do your best.
It is CRITICAL to COMPLETELY stop eating wheat, sugar and honey. Reduce all grain to the minimum pssible. All starches convert to sugar quickly, and feeds the metabolic populations you want to reduce. So possibly find the breads made of brown rice flour, oat, barley, amaranth, quinioa, etc. You might need to explain this to your wife if she cooks the breads you eat. If you can’t do that, for fear of the consequences in the relationship, then just try to cut back.
Can you make the probiotic cabbage? Or kimchi? Sauerkraut? Kombucha or Kvass? The curd won’t give you the amount of lactobacillus needed. NOTHING is as effective as the cabbage juice. And when blended (the shredded cabbage after the 3-4 day ferment in distilled water and himalayan salt) will physically flush things from your intestines and bile ducts. It is shocking. It works. And makes your body less of an antenna.
The mimosa pudica/cascara sagrada ropeworm cleanse… another shocker. Did it, blogged slightly, and planning to make a full presentation/sharing in the book I am finishing.
Add ground cloves and wormwood extract to your diet. Black Seed, cumin, Stinging Nettle, Horsetail… … so many helpful herbs…
Regarding water, I really can’t recommend any water BUT distilled water. I know it is hard to reveal to others the changes you are making. I LOST MY ENTIRE FAMILY, WHO BELIEVED THE DOCTORS THAT PARASITES ARE NOT A PROBLEM AND IT WAS DELUSIONAL.
THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO ON THE INTERNET, TO HELP PEOPLE. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING.
So with the water, 4 liters is a basic for minimal metabolic needs daily. Another 4 liters – up to 8, if herxing hard – is needed for the detox waste to leave the system.
The calcium bentonite clay you mention is great. Get DE too (diatomaceous earth). Also get yourself powdered reishi mushrooms, either capsules or loose. The cordyceps mushroom is a liver support while detoxing. Be sure to take kelp tablets for iodine, or eat seaweed sheets (Nori) which you can cook in with the rice. Add Lugol’s Iodine to your diet. The thyroid loves real iodine, and also you are protecting yourself from nuclear waste and fallout.
You will want to look into livestock wormers if you have open sores that heal slowly. That is the parasite attachment points on the surface. One can have this if severely infested or also if in the process of driving them out, they move from deep within the organs, bones and tissues and to the surface, seeking to get away from what is in the blood (what you ingest, the spices, wormers, helps either food, protocol or medicinal). They move around seeking a better place to make a stronghold. Also, since they have been with a person since in utero, they have encysted nests of eggs and larvae that hatch out over months and years. It takes a long time to heal (detox and regenerate the body to the most optimal it is able to achieve). Eventually, and with persistence, one can heal. It is an unparalleled challenge, and daunting. Very hard. They stacked the deck against us all. It makes one poor monetarily. But it makes your soul rich! Once detoxed, the pineal gland decalcifies and the negative inner narrative quiets. The soul is set free. Our body is the temple of God.
It is good that you do not smoke or drink!
Take vitamin C supplement daily, as much as you can tolerate and afford. It is excellent on more levels than I can get into, kills bacteria of all kinds, and raises your vibration. Increases your light within!
Can you increase your daily exercise, perhaps when it is cooled off a bit in the evening? Then a cool shower or bath, using a soap like African Black soap (a one pound block is $10.00 in Amazon, I cut it into squares and wrap in plastic as individual bars), or Dr. Bronner’s of Dr. Wood’s Peppermint and also Lavender and Tea Tree? Bat?hing in epsom salts with himalayan salt and baking soda also detoxes the skin, and you can add various things to the water to take the bath in different treatment directions. My book has a chapter on this.
But if you got increased exercise after your last meal of the day, then a calming bath, it may help you to sleep better.
And I have to add that cleanliness is of the utmost here. We must keep in mind that the biggest problem we are facing is that we are taking in DNA from other sources. We can no longer walk barefoot. Swim in bodies of water. We must also remember that tap as well as groundwater, and all rainwater, has nanotechnology in it. And EVERYTHING ELSE.

I have still only touched on a few areas in this response. I hope it is helpful. Know that pharmaceutical drugs treat symptoms only, and are also classified as Pharmakeia, which is sorcery. The elite-controlled companies making them uses them as witchcraft. Beware. Even IF the doctor prescribing them is well-intentioned. Let your food be your medicine.
We all need strength dealing with friends, family and loved ones who are asleep. You are not alone. The hour is getting very late though, so for your soul’s sake and theirs, it is better to wake them any way you can, even if they spurn you, at least you tried.
Go to sacred-texts.org for the hidden knowledge. That and the spiritual armor will have to wait for another blogpost, respectively. It is an excellent question and a topic on my list to get to. Very important! Would you mind very much describing to me what it means to you?
