THE OCTOBER 4TH FEMA EMERGENCY TEST BROADCAST BEING SENT TO ALL CELLPHONES, TELEVISIONS, RADIOS ALL SMART DEVICES, WHAT IT WILL DO AND WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR 10-4 AND MOVING FORWARD!
I pray this second look at the FEMA Emergency Broadcast System test will give all readers full and total understanding of the reasons, motives and goals of the test.

WHAT: FEMA Emergency Broadcast System test in two parts: WEA and EAS
WHEN: October 4th at 11:20AM Pacific Time, 12:20PM Mountain Time, 1:20PM Central Time, and 2:20 PM EST
WHERE: every cellphone pinging from every celltower as well as every other wireless component in every state in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
WHO: every single human and animal in the United States test range areas
HOW: an 18 Gigahertz extra low frequency (EMF) signal will broadcast for one minute duration in three increments pulsed twenty (20) minutes apart with the WEA portion sent to all consumer cellphones and the EAS portion sent to all radios and televisions, both portions beginning at the same time, layering the frequencies
WHY: For the already Covid-vaccinated, activate the Marburg virus, cause 1p36 gene deletion (primary side effect of the Pfizer vaccine), both of which include hemorrhagic orifice bleeds associated with these lab-engineered biological weapons creating a pandemic to drive populations to take more vaccinations and into quarantine camps as FEMA implements their SHIELDING APPROACH, institutes property and land confiscations by EMINENT DOMAIN and sets in motion the SMART CITY ZONES of the SDG Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda2030 enforced by the UN, WEF and WHO

DO ALL YOU CAN TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND LOVED ONES FROM THE OCTOBER 4TH ‘ALERT’

  • Power off all cellular phones, flip phones, computers and tablets
  • Remove sim cards and battery (if possible)
  • Put above in Faraday bags, metal boxes, *layered foil or mylar wrappers – even heavy metal cooking pots with well-fitting lids can be used
  • *Flexible shielding wraps can be easily made by layering twelve sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil (I recommend at least 18” X 24” target wrap size) and using clear packing tape, secure the edges and then tape each side to eliminate contact with the toxic aluminum metal
  • Place smart devices in a microwave in lieu of an EMF Black-out Bag and laptops and tablets in a conventional oven after powered off and batteries
  • Unplug all televisions, stereos, Bluetooth speakers, WIFI- smart Printer/Fax/Scanners and radios including NOAA WEATHER RADIOS from power sources
  • Power off, unplug, de-battery and in all ways possible de-activate and shield all other smart devices including wireless baby monitors and all robotics (Alexa, Ring, Nest, etc) as much as possible according to the above list
  • Now automobiles are ‘smart’, so do not be in or near one during these blasts
  • Remember other people’s devices in your proximity and shield as much as possible
  • Safer spaces: caves, canyons, forests since cell towers need LINE OF SIGHT. Even submerged in Himalayan salt bathwater in the tub protects, as water hinders EMFs
  • Old school tip: wear a clove of peeled garlic on a thin cord as a necklace

WHAT IS THIS EMERGENCY BROADCAST SYSTEM SIGNAL TEST?

An 18Ghz signal will be sent for one minute three different times. This extra-low frequency electromagnetic pulse will signal-trigger the lipid nanoparticles in both Covid-vaccinated and the non-vaccinated affected by proximity spike protein shedding to swell and activate the organic and inorganic chimeras in nanoparticle self-assembly and replication. Ridiculed by family and friends lifelong for being a "conspiracy theorist", survivalist and prepper, the author was born to ancestry steeped on each side in Freemasonry (Masonic Order Scottish Rite, Eastern Star, Job's Daughters), the Oddfellows and the Elks, John Birch and other secret societies, while being German, Celtic Irish / Welsh and Cherokee in both direct parental lineages. Those who are awake know the significance of this. Her maternal grandmother and great uncles (who refused to go past the 32nd Degree) exemplified and shaped the author's knowledge of and dedication to the ONE TRUE, LIVING GOD. Her early childhood and youth were shaped by devout Lutheranism, scouting, serving as Chaplain in Job's Daughters, and almost becoming Amish! After reading 1984 in 1974, she stopped watching television at age 14, and at 17, in twelfth grade, refused multiple recruitment attempts by the CIA. By age 25, she was an antique dealer who helped coin the term kitsch, and an accomplished, self-sufficient non-GMO organic gardener and master food preserver, with two young children, a degree in Chemistry, and a scholarship to Johns Hopkins Medical School. The tragic death of her closest brother derailed her medical studies, and having become a divorced single parent by age 27 with no child support, instead pursued advanced degrees in fine arts and hospice nursing. However, monetary reward was not to come. As years went by, a pattern of MK Ultra interference emerged, interrupting completion of her goals. The strong educational background in math, sciences and computers, fine arts, literature and history imbued her ability to decipher the intentionally confusing reality of the toxic world we live in. Previous employers include NASA Goddard, the Discovery Channel and Aerotek. As the "truther movement" gained momentum world-over, the undeniably visible dangers of GMOs, chemtrails, and the surveillance state grew evident. Interviewed on NPR's National Public Radio in 2012 as a pioneer GMO-free food producer, her life took another fateful turn three years later, after her primary care physician refused to diagnose and treat her for Lyme Disease, she realized she had developed what is commonly called Morgellons, and immediately discovered that the systemic coverup and refusal to diagnose or treat meant she had to heal herself. Drawing on every aspect of her lifetime of experience and learning enabled her to not only recover, but to achieve a greater health - in middle age - than is believed possible. In the process of detoxification and physical regeneration - especially the pineal gland - she found a working diet almost anyone can follow that raises frequency and sovereign intention, readying the mind, body and spirit for humanity's greatest challenge: Ascension to return to God or eternal soul death, depending on one's choices made in this life.
