Kapalbhati Pranayama, the etheric human battery system, compartmentalism and us

May 22, 2019

I searched “Kapalbhati hydrogen cells” and the results were for alkaline car batteries. This makes complete sense, as we are batteries sourced for our etheric energy unless we transcend that with our disengagement from the trauma harvest loop by righteous living of soul aspiration The word aspiration means breathing as well as a goal one works to attain.

The Western world culture, established post-Columbus/globe theory takeover, compartmentalizes everything. I have intuitively felt an affinity for the Indian Hindu culture since childhood, and daydream about living in Auroville. When I was five years old, and *riding a streetcar into Baltimore City with my mother, the year before they were all torn out, an older Indian woman sat across the center aisle from me, in a beautiful sari with a ruby in her pierced nose and her bindi. I must have stared with interest, as she did look at me back, but my mother made me stop looking, and her response instilled a feeling of a shame no one should have to feel, but that’s how institutionalized SRA works, from top-down and bottom-up.

*Good luck finding articles online which haven’t been rewritten by the controllers to disinform and program anyone searching for truth about why the United States streetcar system was dismantled. Wiki’s page result for my searchstring “end of streetcars america” yeilds the article titled General Motors streetcar conspiracy although in years past, there was real information about it, as I researched this when the internet was new, having grown up there, and curious, since taking streetcars out made no sense, just as tearing down all the neighborhoods to put in project housing, HUD funded entitlement programs all part of the elite destruction of families and society. I will never forget seeing the landscape of cranes, wrecking balls and bulldozed rubble stretching as far as I could see from US Route 40 into the city when I was seven in a schoolbus on a field trip in second grade: it looked like scenes from Black and White World War II films I had seen on television, movies that were on and my father watched. 1966, 1967.

So compartmentalization. I learned select aspects this breathing in training classes for runners, studying aerobics in college while studying nursing, and the selected portion from the Kapalbati technique taught – though it was attributed to Kapalbati at all, of course, because all educational curriculum is designed to compartmentalize, misinform and dumb us down with falsehoods based on psuedoscience and taking GOD from the equation – the hyper-oxygenation to cells by the controlled breaths like this (exactly like this) – was explained as being a “tool for increased O2 delivery to the muscles for sprinters”, increased stamina for marathon runners, and cleansing lactic acid from muscles post-workout (toxins).

So look at how insane it is, how they hide TRUTH.

The Mission style movement in furniture and Cubism in art both arose as creative responses to the compartmentalization practices being thrust upon mankind by the elite. After the Industrial Revolution and with the advent of advertising and commercial PicassoCubistWomanGivenUpsmall consumerism, Picasso and Georges Braque were the pressure-relief seam exploded for all of humanity and simultaneous fueled etheric stress response harvesting – what is behind Tartarus Energy, what Tesla did – and provided harvest monetarily. We saw the Marxist Revolution and killing of real Jews in the Holodor Holocaust, World War I, the Depression and the Dustbowl… ALL STEERED BY THE ELITE (now by the instructions executed by the Bilderberg group). Art will always be a reaction to human energies, and always becomes controlled and this we have PATRONAGE, a system in which those with money and power steer the creative energies of the masses because they themselves, being Luciferian / Saturnalian, cannot create.

Thank you, Chitta Ananda, for your courageous and beautiful dedication to practicing what the human experience should be. Your reply to yesterday’s blogpost was the gift I pass on to others here today. I am grateful for you and for all the souls we all connect with here, because the Light in each of us makes us One Light. Below is an article on the breathing technique, and as part of a balanced living approach (compartmentalism UN-balances) is possibly what those who exercise incorporate partially by being aware of “reaching their aerobic capacity”. What we are tasked to learn is MINDFULLNESS, and everything in our world now detracts from that: spiritual soul seekers are few. BUT WE ARE HERE.

Kapalbhati Pranayama – The Skull Shining Breathing Exercise

Kapalbhati pranayama (or Kapalabhati) is one of the six Shatkarmas or methods of internal purification in Hatha Yoga. In Sanskrit, Kapal means the skull and Bhati means to shine or illuminate. Kapalbhati cleans the cranial sinuses and hence the name. Some include Kapalbhati as one of the Pranayama, but in the classic yogic text Hatha Yoga Pradeepika and Gheranda Samhita, it is classified under the Shatkarmas or the purification techniques.

In Kapalbhati, the exhalation (or Rechaka) is forceful and rapid, while the inhalation (or Puraka) is normal. Holding of breath (or Kumbhaka) is not done in Kapalbhati (except when practiced along with the three Bandhas). Only inhalation and exhalation is practiced. Exhalation is the main part of Kapalbhati. The forceful exhalation throws out the carbon dioxide from the lungs and the deep inhalation increases the oxygen content in the blood. Kapalbhati purifies the nerves and the pranic nadis. It also removes excess of Kapha (one of the three Doshas in Ayurveda) from the body.

Sitting Posture for Kapalbhati Pranayama

Kapalbhati has to be practiced in a very steady posture. Padmasana, Siddhasana and Vajrasana can be used with hands resting on the knees. These asanas are most suited to maintain the posture during the rapid breathing motion. During the practice, every part of the body vibrates and it is difficult to maintain the posture unless it is properly locked into position.

In normal breathing, inhalation is the active process while exhalation is passive. In Kapalbhati this is reversed. The abdominal muscles and the diaphragm are used to forcefully exhale the air. The abdominal muscles forcefully move inwards towards the diaphragm thereby throwing the air out. The inhalation is done in a passive relaxed way to fill the lungs with fresh air. Practice without any gap between two respirations.

All pranayama practices should be learned under the guidance of a qualified yoga instructor. Also, if you have any medical condition, one should consult the doctor before taking up the practice. Kapalbhati should not be practiced by those suffering from heart ailments, high blood pressure, stroke or epilepsy. Those with ulcers should do it with caution. If you had any recent surgery of the thorax and abdomen, you should avoid the practice.

How to do Kapalbhati Pranayama?

  1. Practice Kapalbhati on an empty stomach. Early morning is the best time for the practice. In the evening also one can practice, if there is a gap of about 4 hours after the last meal.
  2. To do Kapalbhati, sit in a steady posture. Padmasana, Siddhasana or Vajrasana are the most suited.
  3. Place the hands on the knees and breathe normally.
  4. Relax the whole body and make sure the spine is straight.
  5. Now, breathe in and out rapidly, with exhalation being forceful. The inhalation should be passive and normal. During exhalation the belly goes inside towards the thorax, forcing out the air from the lungs. Relax during Inhalation to fill the lungs again with fresh air.
  6. Initially one can start with 11 rounds. Later increase it to 60 rounds in one minute. Each inhalation and exhalation should take just one second. Subsequently, with enough practice, you can increase the speed to 120 rounds per minute. Here, each inhalation and exhalation takes only half a second. Increasing the speed of Kapalbhati beyond this may not be useful as the breathing will become very shallow.
  7. After the number of rounds, relax and breathe normally, till the breathing rate comes back to normal. The relaxation period can be roughly between 30 seconds to a minute.
  8. Repeat this process about 3 times in the initial stages. For example, if you are practicing at a rate of 60 rounds per minute, then you would have completed total of 180 rounds (with gap in between after every 60 rounds, for relaxation).  This completes one sitting. One may have multiple sittings – one in the morning and one in the evening.

Practice of Kapalbhati with the three Bandhas

Advanced practitioners can practice Kapalbhati along with the three Bandhas. The three Bandhas are the three locks – Mula Bandha (the perineum lock), Uddhiyana Bandha (the abdominal lock) and Jalandhara Bandha (chin Lock). This is also called Tri-Bandha or Maha Bandha.

  1. In this version, after 60 rounds (or 120 rounds) do a deep and forceful exhalation. Hold the breath.
  2. Simultaneously perform the three locks – Mula Bandha , Uddhiyana Bandha and Jalandhara Bandha, while holding the breath outside (also called Bahya Kumbhaka).
  3. Remain in this position for as long as you are comfortable. One can hold the breath outside for just few seconds in the beginning stages. As one progresses one can increase it to about one minute. Later on, one may even increase it up to two minutes. Only advanced practitioners can reach the Bahya Kumbhaka of two minutes. This is dangerous if there is no proper guidance. Always take the help of an advanced yoga instructor before you try it.
  4. While holding the breath, one can meditate on the void at the eyebrow center.
  5. Release the three Bandhas and inhale deeply. Do few deep inhalations and exhalations, till breathing comes back to normal. Then perform the next round.

Benefits of Kapalbhati Pranayama

  1. Kapalbhati cleans the cranial sinuses and can relieve cerebral thrombosis.
  2. It purifies the nerves and the pranic channels.
  3. This Pranayama removes excess of Kapha (one of the Doshas in Ayurveda) from the body.
  4. Kapalbhati gives a clear mind and helps to control thoughts.
  5. The word Kapala means skull and Bhati means to illumine. This practice adds luster to the face.
  6. The Hatha Yoga Pradeepika claims that Kapalbhati pranayama removes all impurities of the body.
  7. Kapalbhati is the best practice available to oxygenate the blood.
  8. It helps to remove abdominal fat and is an excellent practice for obesity.
  9. Kapalbhati strengthens the abdominal muscles.
  10. The practice of Kapalbhati helps to regulate the breathing mechanism. It prepares the body and mind to take up advanced practices of Pranayama.

I must reiterate the importance of the PTSD and CPTSD Breathing Track exercise, which I learned of and began practicing in 2012. I was one of the first people to be recognized with PTSD, in 2005. Prior to that, it was seen as something only military, emergency rescuers developed. A lifetime of satanic ritual abuse is the cause of CPTSD. One can recover, although it is said to be impossible… they just want you to believe that to keep you from realizing it was done to you because of who you are: a DIVINE LIGHT BEING WITH A HIGH VMAT2 GENE EXPRESSION.

Use the search box at the top right of this blog page to look up any term to read articles I have written here on based on the word you entered (for example, “gene expression”) .

Thank you for being here and reading my blog. Namasté!

  1. Oh! Thank you very much, dear friend.

I am just trying to share what very tiny information and knowledge I have; while trying to gain more and more! Sometimes, I think it is unfair! 🙂

You have searched about Kapalbhati in very detail and gave us all very detailed information. Tri-bandha bahya kumbhak is very risky and can lead to piles / fissure or even brain damage due to lack of oxygen! So, as I understand after a long practice of simple kapalbhati and under observation it should be tried.

    Thank you very much again.

    Namasté.

    1. You are so welcome, and I’m blessed through our connection, and enriched. Lovely how good good feels 🙂
I think I was merely fortunate in that I found some good articles. I can’t take credit other than sharing what others shared. Your pointing out the risks is excellent. Brain bleeds, aneurysm, stroke or seizures are deadly. So is jumping into a pool of water! We work our way UP to our potentials, not leap there all at once. One must be ~mindful. And you are very.
As a practioner of this, your experienced insight is valuable, and appreciated.
      Namasté to you, my friend!

All thoughts matter. Share yours.
